This Tahoe Donner home features many updates including a new white quartz kitchen (very pretty) with full backsplash and stainless steel appliances, new flooring (mostly LVP, rug in bedrooms), new paint, new window coverings, new laundry, toilets. In addition, the home features cathedral ceilings, beautiful deck, gorgeous forested view, privacy, attached 2-car garage, flat driveway and just one step in the entry way. Schussing offers easy access to Alder Creek and one of the first roads cleared after snowfall. Looking for tenants who are responsible and will maintain home in its current condition. The home is unfurnished except for a double bed in one of the bedrooms (removing is negotiable). Please come take a look.
Residential use only. No smoking of any kind. Sorry, no pets.
Renter is responsible for all utilities. One can garbage service is included but all overages are responsibility of the tenant.
