Ski leases 2026-2027

We are Booking for the Ski Season starting May/June!!

Our ski lease run 4 to 5 months with most starting in December.

Costs include monthly rent, snow removal, internet and tenant put the gas, water and electric in their name.

All homes come completely furnished with linens , towels and rugs.

We have a local office in Tahoe Donner so easily reachable!
